Retreat Registration fee is NONREFUNDABLE within 30 days of the event. A fee of $35 will be incurred for cancellation for any reason.

Event Features

Retreat includes:
  • Lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for all participants.
  • Hot beverages and water available throughout the day for all participants.
  • Afternoon High Tea served at 3:30pm for all participants.
  • Unlimited access to the sewing room. Room is locked at night.
  • Ironing stations and cutting stations will be provided.
  • Each participant will have their own sewing table.
Small task lighting and small personal irons are allowed at your individual sewing tables.

Lodging

Participants wishing to stay overnight at the Harraseeket Inn, Freeport, Maine can call the hotel directly at 207-865-9377 and refer to the room block code of “QUILT”.

Please reserve your room by March 25, 2024 in order to get the Quiltport price of $139/night, tax not included (single or double occupancy).

  • Reservations received after March 25, 2024 are subject to availability.
  • The guest room price includes Breakfast each day.
  • Cancellation of individual guest room reservations must be at least 72 hrs prior to the arrival date. Cancellations after this time forfeit the one-night room and tax deposit.
  • The Retreat fee is separate from the Guest Room fee.
